All jackets are custom-made or handmade depending on the selected design.

Non-returnable items (custom jackets and made-to-order items) are clearly labeled on product pages and cannot be returned unless defective.

5. Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
A 15% service fee is deducted from all refunds.

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to our error.
Non-returnable items (custom or made-to-order products) cannot be returned.
6. Cancellations
Orders canceled within 24 hours are free of charge.
Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 15% service fee if processing has begun.
