Return Window:
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Service Fee:
A 15% service fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact us at info@varsitymaker.com with your order number within 5 days of receiving the product.
You will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Refund Process:
Returned items are inspected upon receipt.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are only refundable if the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom jackets and made-to-order items cannot be returned.
Items returned without a valid reason or outside the return window will not be accepted, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Defective Products or Size Issues:

Minor design variations are not considered defects.
Exchanges and assistance for sizing issues will be provided where applicable.

After 24 hours, a 15% service fee applies if the order has been processed.
